Nick recently joined the ASI team in September of 2023.
Nick is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) who brings a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to his work. With over seven years of experience as a substance use counselor, he has honed his skills in creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking recovery. Nick's strengths include his ability to foster open-minded discussions and provide direct, honest feedback to clients as they navigate their journey towards change.
Nick holds a degree in Psychology from Buena Vista University and is deeply committed to helping individuals overcome addiction and reclaim their lives. He is dedicated to staying informed about the latest developments in counseling techniques and addiction research to better serve his clients. Nick's therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, and he is passionate about empowering individuals to make positive changes in their lives.
Outside of counseling, Nick finds joy in spending time with his family and pursuing his interests, such as playing competitive ice hockey and enjoying time in the Northwoods.
