OWI 2nd Offense Weekend Program - September 2023
We are excited to offer the OWI 2nd offense program to Polk and surrounding counties in lieu of jail requirements. This intensive two weekend program focuses on accountability, impact on victims and community and restorative justice. This program is offered on a monthly basis.
Individuals attending the program are required to comply with program expectations and pay for the program when registering. All DOT reporting requirements will be electronically filed the first business day after successful completion of the jail diversion program and complimentary completion certificates will be sent to parties requiring notice for you free of charge.
